We offer these services on a daily basis.  The assessment is typically completed within the first day, depending on the complexity of your environment.  The remediation effort can vary -- sometimes our highest priority recommendation solves the problem right away, but sometimes we need to go deeper into the recommendation list to get to where you need to be.
